Job Description

As a Tar Boiler at Leading Roofing Solutions, you will be responsible for heating and mixing tar and other materials essential for road construction and roofing applications. This role is vital to the construction process, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of tar heating systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Mix materials accurately, adhering to strict quality standards.
• Document and log operational data efficiently.
• Implement health and safety policies on job sites.
• Assist with scheduling and logistical needs for material deliveries.
• Support training initiatives for apprentices and new hires.
• Adapt to varying project needs, adjusting processes as required.
• Work with other construction personnel to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating other types of construction equipment is beneficial.
