Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Social and Community Service Manager who is passionate about helping others. You will work collaboratively to design and implement effective service programs, ensuring our community members receive the support they require.

Responsibilities

• Lead community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of available services.
• Create and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in service delivery.
• Stay informed on trends and changes in social services legislation.
• Engage in fundraising and grant-writing efforts to secure funding.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in community service management
