UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our San Diego team. In this role, you will lead various design projects from ideation through execution, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your expertise will help shape our product development and ensure that user satisfaction is at the forefront of our design philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate user interviews and focus groups to gather qualitative data.
• Develop user-centered design solutions through iterative processes.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Create and manage design systems and style guides.
• Analyze user metrics to inform future design enhancements.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices across the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Master's in UX Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience

Certifications

• UI Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with A/B testing: Knowledge of A/B testing methods to improve design decisions.
