Job Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our innovative team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various cybersecurity frameworks and protocols while working to protect our company's data and infrastructure from emerging threats.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review security logs and perform threat hunting activities.
• Conduct training sessions to improve security awareness among staff.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of security solutions.
• Work with third-party vendors to ensure their compliance with our security standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on security matters to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
• Master's degree in Information Security is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity positions

Certifications

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

• Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM): Hands-on experience with SIEM tools for monitoring security events.
