Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the safe operation of subway and streetcar vehicles across designated routes.
  • Maintain high customer service standards by assisting riders and addressing queries.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip checks of vehicles to ensure operational safety.
  • Abide by all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
  • Document any incidents or issues and report them to superiors promptly.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with ticketing and passenger inquiries to enhance the travel experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve transit service quality.
  • Attend training sessions to stay informed on best practices and safety measures.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience driving in urban environments preferred.
