Job Description

Join our team as an Environmental Compliance Inspector where your primary responsibility will be to ensure that organizations comply with environmental regulations. You will conduct comprehensive inspections, identify non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions to enhance sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility inspections to ensure adherence to environmental laws.
• Evaluate environmental hazards and risks within the facilities.
• Develop compliance improvement plans based on inspections.
• Advise clients on effective compliance strategies.
• Prepare reports summarizing inspection results and recommendations.
• Foster relationships with regulatory agencies for efficient compliance processes.
• Conduct public awareness campaigns about environmental compliance.
• Ensure all inspections are conducted safely and in line with company protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) are a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in environmental compliance inspections
