Job Description

As a Pharmacy Technician at HealthFirst Pharmacy, you'll play a vital role in assisting pharmacists with dispensing medications, managing inventories, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

  • Assist in compounding medications and preparing promotional materials.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct medication therapy management under pharmacist guidance.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities within the pharmacy.
  • Contribute to team meetings and pharmacy initiatives.
  • Help with billing and insurance verification processes.
  • Provide feedback to improve pharmacy practices and patient care.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in Pharmacy Technology is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
