Job Description

As a Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Operator, you will be integral to our tablet manufacturing process. Your role includes setting up and operating machinery, ensuring quality output, and maintaining production logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tablet pressing machines efficiently.
• Ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Document machine performance and production output accurately.
• Conduct routine checks and calibrations of equipment.
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery as required.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in production processes.
• Engage in training sessions to enhance operational skills.
• Complete necessary paperwork for production logs and quality checks.
• Follow safety protocols to create a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing technology is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a production environment

Technical Skills

• Machine control software

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Team player

Certifications

• cGMP certification
• Forklift certification (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating tablet press machines: Hands-on experience with the specific machinery used in tablet production.
