Join our team as a Telecommunications Equipment Installer and Repairer! You will install, repair, and maintain telecommunications systems ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecommunication lines and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair issues in communication systems swiftly and effectively.
• Support the deployment of new telecommunications technologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and technical knowledge.
• Follow up on service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform system upgrades and changes as requested by management.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Electronics or Telecommunications
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in telecommunications or related field

• Fiber Optics
• Signal Testing Equipment

Certifications

• Telecommunications Technician Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
