Job Description

As a Cable Installation Maintenance and Repair Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our cable installation and repair teams. This role requires a strong leader to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cable installation, maintenance, and repair team.
• Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Hire, train, and supervise technicians to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experience.
• Manage the budget for the cable maintenance department.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a management role within telecommunications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management software
• Knowledge of fiber optic networks

Soft Skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
