Rotary Drill Operator

Job Description

As a Rotary Drill Operator, you will be responsible for operating drilling rigs to extract petroleum and natural gas. You will work closely with a team to ensure that operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling and disassembling drilling rigs.
• Operate equipment under supervision.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain logs of drilling operations and equipment usage.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues quickly.
• Ensure all drilling materials are stocked and available.
• Participate in safety drills and training.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Monitor environmental impact and report any hazards.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development.
