Job Description
The Party Plan Sales Unit Advisor will be responsible for planning and executing successful sales strategies for party plan products. You will lead a team of sales consultants to meet sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of sales consultants to achieve their goals.
Analyze market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and sales events.

Monitor and report on individual and team sales performance.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
Proven track record in sales leadership roles, preferably in direct sales or party plan sales.
