Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Officer in San Francisco to lead compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous monitoring of compliance issues and provide timely updates to management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate compliance audits and evaluations.
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and work on compliance-related projects.
• Foster a culture of compliance across the organization through effective communication and training.
• Advise on compliance-related best practices and industry updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Advanced degree in compliance or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal roles
