Wireless Cellular Technician

Job Description

A Wireless Cellular Technician, also referred to as Wireless Cell Tech, will focus on maintaining and repairing cellular networks. The ideal candidate is skilled in troubleshooting cellular equipment and optimizing network performance. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local authorities for site installations.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Manage inventory of network repair parts and tools.
• Assist in upgrading existing network infrastructure.
• Review technical specifications for new equipment.
• Investigate and mitigate risks related to network performance.
• Engage in proactive maintenance to prevent outages.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Telecommunications or related field preferred

Experience

• Experience with cellular network equipment such as Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco is highly beneficial.
