Job Description

Join our team as a Mental Health Counselor where you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and engage in therapeutic sessions to promote recovery and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients’ needs and provide appropriate mental health interventions.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and review them regularly.
  • Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions that promote recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers.
  • Keep updated with the latest research and developments in mental health care.
  • Support clients through the process of recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Actively participate in continuing education programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • State licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience
