Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, create reports, and provide insights to help drive strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review.
  • Analyze various financial reports to identify improvement areas.
  • Assist in strategic planning and financial decision-making.
  • Maintain financial databases and reporting tools.
  • Develop and monitor operational budgets.
  • Participate in financial modeling for new initiatives.
  • Contribute to enhancing financial policies.
  • Lead ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
  • Communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to junior analysts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of analytical experience in finance or accounting
