Responsibilities

  • Facilitate therapy sessions with children, adults, and families in various settings.
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans.
  • Network and build relationships with community resources for client support.
  • Engage in inter-professional collaboration to optimize client outcomes.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to enhance service delivery.
  • Document all client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention when needed.
  • Conduct research and utilize data to inform treatment strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology
  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist
Experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience
