Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Director to manage the full spectrum of housing services for our residents. You'll be responsible for implementing policies, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your leadership will directly impact resident satisfaction and community well-being.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing and occupancy processes for residential units.
• Set performance metrics for housing staff and evaluate outcomes.

• Monitor tenant satisfaction and advocate for improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on housing initiatives.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget for housing services.
• Oversee maintenance and repair operations.
• Handle escalated resident complaints with discretion.
• Lead initiatives for sustainability in housing management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a management position within housing
