Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining pump stitching equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our stitching processes meet the highest production standards and quality requirements in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust stitching machinery according to job specifications.
• Inspect materials for defects and take corrective action as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
• Keep detailed records of production and maintenance activities.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and issues.
• Train new operators in effective machine operation and safety protocols.
• Support inventory management by tracking usage rates of materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pump stitching or a similar role

Certifications

Languages
