Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Programmer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CAD CAM programs that translate engineering designs into precise machine instructions. You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure manufacturing processes are efficient and yield high-quality outcomes. Successful candidates should have a strong foundation in CAD/CAM technologies and CNC operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze engineering designs to determine the best programming approach.
• Implement modifications to existing CAD CAM programs to improve operation efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise optimal manufacturing workflows.
• Ensure accurate documentation of manufacturing processes for compliance and reference.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices in all programming activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Advanced certifications in CAD CAM programming preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in CAD CAM programming or similar engineering roles

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with multi-axis CNC machining: Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC equipment.
