Responsibilities
Conduct training needs assessments to analyze skill gaps and training requirements.
Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee performance.
Facilitate engaging learning sessions in person and virtually.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training opportunities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Maintain training records and documentation of training programs.
Assist in developing onboarding programs for new hires.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources or related field
Master's degree in HR Development or related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in employee training and development
