Responsibilities

• Fly commercial aircraft on domestic and international routes.
• Complete all safety checks and manage in-flight operations efficiently.
• Document and report any incidents or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Work closely with co-pilots and crew members to ensure optimal safety and service.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
• Maintain pilot certifications and licenses as required.
• Adapt quickly to new technology and aviation regulations.
• Lead a cohesive team atmosphere to ensure effective communication and operations.
• Manage stressful situations calmly and effectively during flights.
• Promote a safety-first culture within the airline.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Aviation or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Experience with various aircraft types is a plus.
