Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Salt Lake City. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations on the construction site.
  • Review work progress and provide immediate feedback to team members.
  • Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into project development.
  • Facilitate resolution of conflicts as they arise on-site.
  • Monitor workforce productivity and provide training when necessary.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and ensure all workers are trained in safety protocols.
  • Prepare for and participate in project closeout procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
  • Ensure all change orders are properly documented and authorized.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Construction Management is an advantage

  • 7+ years of experience in construction management
