Job Description

As an Equal Opportunity Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our compliance with equal opportunity regulations. You will investigate complaints, provide guidance, and promote diversity within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Conduct assessments and audits related to EEO compliance.
  • Provide conflict resolution support for EEO-related issues.
  • Facilitate training sessions on EEO policies and best practices.
  • Create and present reports on EEO compliance and initiatives to senior management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state EEO laws.
  • Advise management on EEO issues and potential risks.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure equitable hiring practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in EEO compliance or related field
