Job Description

Responsibilities
Design and implement strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
Conduct assessments and audits related to EEO compliance.
Provide conflict resolution support for EEO-related issues.
Facilitate training sessions on EEO policies and best practices.
Create and present reports on EEO compliance and initiatives to senior management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state EEO laws.
Advise management on EEO issues and potential risks.
Coordinate with HR to ensure equitable hiring practices.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Experience
5+ years of experience in EEO compliance or related field

English: Fluent
Advantageous
