Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving patient services. This role is crucial in facilitating smooth operations and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients regarding preventive care.
  • Monitor and interpret diagnostic tests and results.
  • Perform administrative duties related to patient care and hospital policy compliance.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing practices.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency response as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Master's degree in Nursing is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
