We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving patient services. Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding preventive care.
• Monitor and interpret diagnostic tests and results.
• Perform administrative duties related to patient care and hospital policy compliance.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing practices.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency response as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
