Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing processes. You will set up machinery, ensure quality checks, and collaborate with a dedicated team to optimize production efficiency. This hands-on role demands attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor specialized machinery in the manufacturing process.
• Review work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Perform routine inspections on machinery and products.
• Conduct quality control checks at various stages of production.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling.
• Communicate any operational challenges to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Certification in manufacturing or machinery operation is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
