Job Description

Join us as a Bone Char Kiln Operator, where your skills in kiln operation and maintenance will directly contribute to our production goals. This role involves monitoring kiln performance, performing quality control checks, and following safety protocols to create high-quality bone char.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of kiln optimization processes.
  • Train new operators on kiln operation and safety procedures.
  • Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe work environment.
  • Perform calibration and adjustments to equipment as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Completion of vocational training in mechanical operations is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of direct experience with industrial kilns preferred
