Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Casting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing and organizing talent for various productions, ensuring that all casting processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist in the casting process by sourcing and reviewing potential candidates.
Coordinate audition logistics and schedule follow-up meetings.
Help maintain a database of actor profiles, including headshots and resumes.
Research and identify actors that fit specific character profiles.
Prepare audition breakdowns and keep accurate records of outcomes.
Provide clerical support to the casting team when required.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Theater, Film, Communications or related field
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in casting, talent agency, or production setting
