Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage various accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software to streamline financial processes. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle.
  • Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial audits.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Develop and implement internal financial controls.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Assist in processing payroll and related tax requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
