Job Description

As a Hairspring Studder, you will play a pivotal role in assembling and regulating hairsprings within top-tier watch movements, ensuring each timepiece meets our stringent accuracy standards. This position is essential for those who thrive in a detail-oriented environment and are passionate about horology.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise junior watchmakers in assembling and regulating hairsprings.
  • Train new employees on precise assembly techniques and safety protocols.
  • Review and enhance current processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
  • Assist in inventory management of watch components.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in watchmaking or engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in high-end watchmaking.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with complex movements
  • CNC machining
Soft Skills
  • Analytical thinking
Languages
  • English: Fluent
