Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scabbler to work in our Miami facility. In this position, you will operate machines to clean and prepare surfaces for a variety of industrial applications, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain scabbling and shot blasting equipment.
• Ensure surface readiness before applying coatings.
• Participate in training and safety meetings.
• Communicate with supervisors about project progress.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment use.
• Monitor quality of work and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification or training in industrial coatings is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the coatings or surface preparation industry.
