Job Description

As the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), you will spearhead the development and execution of our sustainability initiatives. This critical role involves overseeing our environmental strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations while advancing our commitment to sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Drive community engagement efforts related to environmental initiatives.
• Evaluate the impact of sustainability initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Oversee the development and execution of training programs for sustainability practices.
• Advocate for sustainability in all areas of the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 8+ years of experience leading sustainability programs
