Rubber Stamp Maker

Job Description

As a Rubber Stamp Maker, you will create customized rubber stamps tailored to our clients' specifications. Your role will involve designing, manufacturing, and delivering these products while ensuring quality and consistency in every stamp.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality custom rubber stamps.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders and communications.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages.
• Assist in training new staff on production techniques and tools.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ideas and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Graphic Design is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in stamp design/manufacturing preferred

Technical Skills

• 3D Printing
• CNC Machining

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Team Collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of vinyl plotters: Experience using vinyl cutters for precision designs.
• Understanding of graphic design principles: Familiarity with design theory and artwork preparation.
