Rotor Blade Installer

Job Description

The Rotor Blade Installer is responsible for installing and maintaining rotor blades on wind turbines. This role requires technical knowledge and practical skills in blade installation and maintenance, as well as adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training new technicians on installation processes.
• Monitor weather conditions to ensure safety during installations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and improvements.
• Foster a culture of safety within the team.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Advanced certifications in Wind Turbine Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in rotor blade repair and inspection

Technical Skills

• Experience operating heavy equipment

Certifications

• Advanced certifications in Wind Turbine Technology

Languages

• English: Fluent
