Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot engine issues using diagnostic tools.
• Oversee and execute repairs on various vehicle types.
• Assist in maintaining shop cleanliness and organization.
• Engage with customers to create a positive service experience.
• Provide estimates for repairs and maintain transparency with clients.
• Implement best practices for vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Monitor vehicle performance post-service for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the service team to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical certification or apprenticeship preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in automotive repair

Technical Skills

• Troubleshooting skills
• Vehicle maintenance

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Adaptability

Certifications

• ASE certification strongly preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Classic car repair experience: Experience working on and restoring vintage or classic vehicles.
