Extracting Machine Operator

Job Description

As an Extracting Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain extracting machines within our production facility. You will monitor machines during operation to ensure they run efficiently, perform routine maintenance, and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality. Your attention to detail will help ensure that production targets are met while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate extracting machines while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes and adjust variables to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine machine upkeep and troubleshooting as needed.
• Compile daily production reports and document machine performance.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding machine performance and potential issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Train less experienced operators on best practices and safety rules.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in manufacturing processes preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is advantageous.
