Job Description
As an Air Pollution Control Engineer, you will analyze emission sources and develop strategies to mitigate air pollution. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct air quality modeling and assessments.
Design technical solutions for controlling pollution sources.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented pollution control strategies.
Provide training and support to project teams on air quality issues.
Prepare documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
Stay abreast of new technologies and methods in air quality management.
Evaluate the impact of industrial activities on air quality.
Participate in the development of environmental policies.
Conduct site inspections and audits to enforce compliance.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
Master's degree in a related discipline is advantageous
Experience
5+ years of experience in air pollution control or environmental engineering.
