Job Description

We are looking for an energetic First-Line Supervisor to lead our waste management operations. The successful candidate will supervise a team of refuse collectors, ensuring compliance with schedules, safety protocols, and operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for daily refuse collection operations.
• Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety and operational standards.
• Enforce adherence to waste management regulations.
• Optimize collection routes for improved efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for staff focusing on safety and best practices.
• Interact with clients to address service-related inquiries and concerns.
• Develop reports to track productivity and recommend improvements.
• Analyze operational data to streamline processes.
• Assist with equipment inspections and maintenance planning.
• Promote environmentally responsible disposal and recycling practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a supervisory role within waste management preferred
