Job Description
As a Geographic Information Systems Technologist, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting imagery data to provide critical insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geospatial intelligence and image processing.
Responsibilities
Utilize GIS software to perform spatial analysis and modeling.
Assess and integrate multiple types of spatial data into reports.
Support mission planning and operational initiatives through detailed analysis.
Generate maps and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Maintain documentation of analysis processes and methodologies.
Engage in continuous learning to broaden geospatial analysis techniques.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Remote Sensing, Geography, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in imagery analysis are advantageous.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in imagery analysis or related field. Experience with intelligence analysis and geospatial technologies is highly desirable.
