Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating cutting and slicing machinery, ensuring precision while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines to ensure accurate slicing and cutting.
• Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Help in the development of training materials for junior operators.
• Evaluate material quality before processing to minimize waste.
• Implement best practices for machine operations and maintenance.
• Assist in inventory management of materials used in production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
