Sheet Metal Worker (Template Fitter)

Job Description

As a Template Fitter, you will play a vital role in our production process, creating and fitting templates for various products including countertops and glass panels. You must have strong attention to detail and a knack for using both hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install custom templates for both residential and commercial projects.
• Work with engineers and designers to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Inspect templates and products for quality and precision before installation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any on-site template fitting issues.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and tools, placing orders when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or construction environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

• CNC Machine Experience: Familiarity with CNC machining for template fabrication.
