Job Description

The Almond Cutting Machine Tender is responsible for operating and maintaining machines that cut and process almonds. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities

• Operate machines to slice and process almonds according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and fix machine malfunctions during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management standards.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operations.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Keep the work area organized and clean at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is a plus.
