Job Description

As a Policy Advisor at the Public Policy Institute, you will play a crucial role in shaping, analyzing, and advocating for effective policies. Your expertise in policy development will be invaluable as you work with stakeholders and assess the impact of existing regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of legislative proposals.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Draft policy documents and advocacy materials.
  • Assist in the development of strategic policy initiatives.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance on policy implementation.
  • Develop metrics and reporting systems to assess policy effectiveness.
  • Engage in community outreach to communicate policy impacts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align policy goals.
  • Review and recommend modifications to existing policies.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data to support policy recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or related field
  • Advanced degree is highly desirable
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public policy or a relevant field
