We are seeking a proactive Retail Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying risks, monitoring security systems, and collaborating with store staff to implement effective loss prevention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of loss prevention policies and practices.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of theft or fraud incidents.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement for major incidents.
  • Review and update security protocols regularly.
  • Assist in the training of new staff regarding loss prevention processes.
  • Support department teams by providing insights on security best practices.
  • Monitor employee behavior and identify suspicious activities.
  • Analyze trends in theft to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail loss prevention or security management.
