Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Retail Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying risks, monitoring security systems, and collaborating with store staff to implement effective loss prevention strategies.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of loss prevention policies and practices.
Conduct thorough investigations of theft or fraud incidents.
Coordinate with local law enforcement for major incidents.
Review and update security protocols regularly.
Assist in the training of new staff regarding loss prevention processes.
Support department teams by providing insights on security best practices.
Monitor employee behavior and identify suspicious activities.
Analyze trends in theft to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail loss prevention or security management.
