Responsibilities

• Execute meat preparation tasks with precision and skill.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment to ensure safety.
• Engage with customers to promote meat products and services.
• Assist in developing promotional ideas for special meat products.
• Perform regular stock checks and assist in ordering supplies.
• Educate customers on different meat cuts and cooking methods.
• Contribute to team meetings with ideas for improving operations.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding food safety and hygiene.
• Prepare special orders for events or parties as needed.
• Build rapport with repeat customers to encourage loyalty.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a journeyman or master meat cutter

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in meat cutting or butchery.
