As a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers, you will oversee our skilled team responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of lock systems across various client locations. Your leadership will play a crucial role in coordinating daily operations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of lock maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations.
• Schedule and prioritize work assignments for the team.
• Perform quality checks to ensure service excellence.
• Develop and optimize maintenance procedures for efficiency.
• Document and report any safety incidents or issues.
• Work closely with vendors for specialized lock repairs.
• Continuously assess team performance and provide feedback.
• Assist in the development of annual maintenance budgets.
• Stay updated on the latest lock technologies and industry trends.
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork within the department.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in locksmithing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in lock maintenance or related fields
