Responsibilities

• Inspect fabric for defects prior to cutting.
• Operate cutting machines to perform precise cuts.
• Keep up with production schedules and deadlines.
• Report any equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in maintaining an organized work area.
• Contribute to team objectives through effective collaboration.
• Mentor junior staff in cutting techniques and safety.
• Ensure fabric waste is minimized through effective cutting strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning about fabric properties and cutting technologies.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working with denim fabrics is highly desirable.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Basic CAD Skills: Experience with CAD software for pattern design is advantageous.
