Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Columbus. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the utmost satisfaction and support throughout their journey with our products. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture within the organization.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback and account status.
  • Identify potential churn risks and strategize preventative measures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or relevant field
