Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in the extraction of flavors from natural resources. You will be responsible for operating blending machines and ensuring that the flavors meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run blending machines according to production schedules.
• Ensure proper machine settings for optimal flavor extraction.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Document and report any discrepancies in production quality.
• Assist in the training of new operators and team members.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to meet product standards.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot machine issues as they arise.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Support cross-functional teams in flavor development projects.
• Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during production.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in food or flavor manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the food manufacturing sector
