Responsibilities

• Participate in daily farming operations, including planting and harvesting.
• Monitor crops for pests and diseases, reporting findings to management.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Maintain and operate various types of farm machinery.
• Work with the team to devise crop rotation and productivity strategies.
• Provide training to new team members on best practices.
• Document farm activities and ensure accurate reporting.
• Engage in community outreach regarding sustainable farming.
• Participate in workshops and educational programs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in agricultural roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
